the hotel was absolutely great, and i loved it. the staff was friendly and helpful - i would love to go back.

We loved the pool access from our room, it was a hit with the kids. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with daily housekeeping and a free snack bar in our room. The kids enjoyed the safe and fun kids pool, while we enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars. The staff was nice and friendly, and we appreciated the kids and teen clubs that allowed us some adult time. this hotel provided lots of activities and entertainment for the whole family.

This place is conveniently located near many local attractions and just a short 15-minute walk from the beach. The Wi-Fi is free of charge and I loved spending time at the pool.

The breakfast provided in the platinum package was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

The animation and concerts were top-notch, keeping both adults and kids entertained. The small complimentary details in the family club, like the doll and sand set, were a nice touch. The clean room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Although the bed was a little old and uncomfortable, it didn't ruin our sleep or cause significant discomfort.

The beach cleanliness could be improved.

The resort had great facilities, including pools, swim-up bars, and a nice ice cream shop. It was perfect for families, and my kids loved the bunk beds, pirate stuffies, and the bigger room. We enjoyed seeing monkeys, coatis, and iguanas roaming freely. The shows, especially the Magic show and Moana, were surprisingly good. The beach had some seaweed, but there were plenty of chairs and the water was warm. The pirate pool, playground, and kids club activities kept my children entertained. The free sand toys were a nice touch.

We spent Thanksgiving at this resort and had a great time! the weather was spectacular, perfect for enjoying the pools and amenities. We especially liked the variety of food options and the fact that there were two complementary restaurants. the resort grounds were well maintained and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. Another advantage was the great kids' club, which kept our little ones entertained for hours.

Our experience wasn't all positive. the air conditioning in our room was quite loud and kept us awake at night, which was a big downside.

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the location, which was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. Two complementary facts were offered during check-in, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a decent gym which was a bonus. However, overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Not impressed with the stay. The noise level in the room was unbearable, it felt like we were sleeping on a construction site.
